WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

Hello and thankyou for visiting Woodlands Reflexology.

My name is Lauren and I started studying reflexology in 2020 at the Surrey School of Reflexology. I qualified in 2021 with distinctions in both my Anatomy and Physiology and my Reflexology diplomas and have been practising privately ever since.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I offer foot, face and cranial reflexology as well as the award winning Zone Face Lift treatments in my home clinic in Leatherhead, which I have worked hard to make a safe, comfortable and private space.

I also offer a 4th trimester postpartum reflexology package, where I can visit a client in the comfort of their own home once their baby has arrived.

NEW FROM APRIL 2025: I will be offering reflexology every Tuesday from the beautiful treatment room at The Pilates Lab Studio in Epsom high street.

I have been a volunteer reflexologist at the Macmillan Butterfly Centre at Epsom Hospital since 2022 and have a lot of experience in supporting clients who are going through cancer treatment.
