Cranial Reflexology Bergman Method is the only Cranial Reflexology method which uses underpinning reflexology-specific knowledge and skills, and the 10 Zones. It also considers all three theories for the ‘breathing inhale and exhale’ of fluids which pulsate when you are working on the head surrounding the brain. The sequences are applied to the cranial area at the top, sides and back of the head.
This treatment can be adapted to use a firm enough massage pressure to move stuck fascia and gentle enough to feel and tune in to the cranial flow. Deeply relaxing, this has fast become a popular choice for my clients either as a standalone treatment or combined with foot or facial reflexology. I completed the training with Ziggie Bergman in January 2025 and have found this a popular choice for my clients who struggle with neck and shoulder tension, migraines and also stress and insomnia.
NEW BORN BABY PROTOCOL: As part of the training with Ziggie Bergman, I am qualified to offer cranial reflexology treatments for new born babies. Gentle sutre rubbing and balancing of the cranial rhythm is especially beneficial for babies who were delivered vaginally and especially in cases of a traumatic birth. The treatments can help to calm and sooth and relieve the stress held after birth.
We see excellent results with colic, constipation or loose stool, reflux, latch on issues, and excessive unexplained crying.
Baby sessions use a feather light touch, are short in their length so as not to overwhelm and always offered with the parent present. In fact the parent can hold the baby while I treat if that is preferable.
